How long does it take to receive my order?

All products are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped:

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days
  • International delivery not currently offered.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Because all items are made to order and begin production immediately after purchase, I am unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference in color/product type. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or does not match your original order, I’ll replace it at no cost. To qualify, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and the issue.

How do I request a replacement?

Message me through my shop's contract page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. I’ll review your request and arrange a reprint if eligible.

Product Commitment

My goal is to ensure you love your order. While cancellations and change-of-mind returns are not possible, I am committed to correcting any mistakes and making things right when there is a production error.
